Metropolis Magazine is an international design magazine, which focuses on design as well as the context in which design is used. I designed these layouts as a project for design class, in which the objective was to visually express the content in the best way possible.

Because the magazine is about design innovation, I went a step further and “broke the rules” of conventional magazine design by using an organic grid structure, showcasing images in bold, striking ways, and displaying information in an original, yet understood system. Each page is completely unique to best fit it’s content, yet a consistent language is used throughout the magazine, strengthening the Metropolis Magazine brand.
